There are few people in Southwest Ohio with the expertise, ambition and professionalism that Paul Manfre and his team at Power Enterprises have. I’ve worked with Paul for five years in his position as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Alter Girls soccer team and he has been a major reason for our success on the field which includes three District Championships, two Regional Championships, two State Semi-Final appearances, and multiple individual player awards. The methods used at Power Enterprises are innovative and he is always looking for ways to improve himself and those he coaches. His knowledge in training, nutrition and mechanics are invaluable and he has made our team smarter, fitter and both physically and mentally stronger. Equally impressive is his ability to relate to the modern athlete and cater their workout regimens to the particular needs of the sport or athlete. Because of these qualities, it’s no surprise to me that Paul and his team have had the success they have had. I always refer anyone who asks me how to improve their performance, whatever the sport, to Power Enterprises. I am grateful for all his work and will always turn to him for guidance in athletic training.
