This is our full access program. We start with our 3 day a week program and then add up to 3 additional speed and agility and/or strength training sessions a week depending on your needs.
Next Gen is designed to supply:
Bodyweight mastery, especially the athletic position
First step quickness and breakaway speed
Agility and change of direction skills and
Most importantly, HAVING FUN!
This option is for traveling clients or clients that no longer live in Dayton, or are too busy to make it to PowerAthlete to train. We design a program for your specific needs and deliver it to you with full instruction, video tutelage and full time access to a PowerAthlete trainer to answer any questions.
Each athlete is pretested and retested at 15 sessions. From that point we will determine with the physician how many more sessions are needed for full recovery
