In 2017, I graduated from Sinclair Community College with an associate degree in Exercise
Science. During my time at Sinclair, I interned at the University of Dayton where I assisted the
strength and conditioning coaches with several collegiate teams. I continued my education at
Wright State University where I graduated in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science
with a primary concentration in Sports Medicine. I have competitively competed in several
sports including football, wrestling, rugby, and MMA. I have a passion for MMA and have trained
for 10 years at several gyms in Dayton, Cincinnati, Columbus, and surrounding areas. I have
met and trained with professional fighters such as Matt Brown and Rich Franklin. I am trained in
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai.
Motivation and Passion.
I have always had a passion to test my own limits, physically and mentally, and that motivates
me to help others achieve the same. Setting goals and breaking them encouraged me to pursue
a life of promoting health, fitness and improving overall quality of life for everyone.
